Adam is a new addition to the Heritage team, but comes with a long professional history and expertise in the field of Architecture and Design. Adam graduated from Czech Technical University in Prague with a Master Degree of Architecture and Planning. During his studies, Adam worked as a tutor, teaching his fellow students. After graduating he worked as an Architect in a Prague studio while also working on multiple projects in the field of architecture, interior design and product design.
After two years he changed his career path and became a Project Coordinator for Iraqi refugees who were coming to Europe from their war invaded home country. He led a team of instructors and taught new immigrants the language of their new home.
He continued his career as a teacher, this time as a volunteer, in an Elementary School in Tanzania. What was supposed to be a one year experience turned into a three year mission in East Africa.
In 2019 Adam moved with his family to Portland, Oregon and he returned to architectural design. He now works in an Architectural Studio after a few years of working with a development company in Portland.
Adam is excited for this new chapter of his life where he can connect his passion for teaching with his passion for design. He believes that sharing knowledge is essential for pushing design forward and is looking forward to sharing his unique view from his professional path and experiences from around the world with his students.
Outside of work he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family especially at the Oregon coast, where he feels always the most inspired.
