The tour includes a look at the selection of fabrics, leathers, and design details that go into each piece, providing a comprehensive understanding of the upholstery manufacturing process.
- Thibaut Showroom: Next, the class visits the Thibaut trade-only showroom, which is a treasure trove of fabrics and wallpapers. Students will explore the latest collections, including the vibrant and sophisticated designs of Thibaut and Anna French. The showroom offers a hands-on experience with self-service sample walls and collaborative workspaces, allowing students to immerse themselves in the world of high-end textiles and wallcoverings.
- Dallas Market Center: The final stop is a trade-only showroom specializing in lighting at the Dallas Market Center.
