In 2006, She eventually formed her own company, embarking on an exciting chapter that was punctuated by joining forces with Forest City Enterprises and collaborating and consulting on a widely-celebrated Washington, D.C development at the former Navy Ship Yards. The Yards, a 48-acre site on the shores of the Anacostia River, was hailed as a template of mixed-use redevelopment, and the bellwether of revitalization across the region.
Heather moved to Colorado in 2013 and has continued to ply the craft with boutique developers, full builds, and remodels in both residential and commercial ventures.
