What can we say that students have not already said?  We'll try.

Over and over we hear the same accolades regarding the students experience in class. We especially hear how "talented, patient, caring and how they make class fun". Our goal is to make it fun because creativity flourishes when we're having fun. We also strive to make it non-competitive. Students work together learning from each other and sharing creative solutions on class projects.

Instructors share interior design theory and application through their personal and professional knowledge. Each instructor has their own design business and have a wealth of design experience to share. The instructor's passion for interior design is only surpassed by their passion for teaching interior design. "We love, love, love, our job!"      

Administrative Director  (In Loving Memory)                                                                                               

JoAnn Laatz was the Administrative Director for Heritage.  JoAnn was the liason with the Board of Education and the first contact for prospective students seeking information regarding our training program.  She was an integral part of the success of Heritage because of her warm and friendly manner.  Most students tell us JoAnn is the reason they came to Heritage.   She had been with the school since the beginning and we feel fortunate that she came out of retirement to guide us through our initial start up which was fourteen years ago.  JoAnn died November 12, 2009 and is missed by students and staff.
