APPLICATION PROCESS | Portland

To secure your place in an upcoming class, please download and complete the following application forms.

Stage 1:

Fill out the online Student Information Form to tell us about yourself, receive more information, and schedule an Informational Interview.

Stage 2:

You will receive a follow up email from our Student Relations Manager, Cara, with answers to your questions or to schedule an Informational Interview.

Stage 3:

When you are ready to apply, fill out the Application for Admission Form. You can email your completed application to Cara. You will then receive an electronic invoice for the $150 registration fee.

Stage 4:

Upon acceptance into the program, please fill out the Enrollment Form and email your completed form to Cara.
