Heritage School of Interior Design is a team effort between Director Jan Springer, the instructors, Joann Laatz the Administrative Director, the State Board of Education in Salem and the Advisory Board.

The Advisory Board is composed of six design professionals. Each member of the Advisory Board is a specialist in the industry. The Board works in conjunction with and oversees the school curriculum.

These members contribute their time and talent to the school through their combined knowledge of the industry. They are guest lecturers and mentors for students and graduates. The Board meets once each year to discuss industry trends, updates and additions to the curriculum.
