INTRO TO AUTOCAD & SKETCHUP

Intro to CAD design orients the student to the fundamentals and use of CAD programs in the Interior Design and Interior Decorating industry. By the completion of the course, the student should have a working knowledge of creating floor plans, elevations, and sheet layouts in AutoCAD, and a basic understanding of 3D modeling Sketchup. This class is strongly recommended for any Interior Design or Interior Decorating career.

KITCHEN & BATH DESIGN

Introduction to Kitchen & Bath Design will give students an overview of the elements of kitchen and bath design through a combination of lectures and hands on activities. The lessons will cover planning and layout, cabinets, fixtures, appliances, materials and lighting. At the completion of the course students will have the basic knowledge to guide a client through the process of remodeling a kitchen or bathroom.
